We never anticipated getting quite so stoked over a tube of toothpaste.. but here we are. Undoubtably the prettiest and dopest packaging of something we all use (hopefully) twice-daily, the quality of the stuff on the inside actually matches up to that on the out. From Wildist–a brand that's putting sustainably on their top tier and encouraging people to take a closer look at the ingredients they use– each combination from this line of toothpaste is a blend of the finest natural ingredients, created for a specific time of use. Our favorite from the collection is the 'Dreamomile'; with spearmint and peppermint oils, chamomile extract and activated charcoal, this one is specifically formulated for a peaceful wind-down during your nighttime ritual. Get it below.

Sometime in the distant, murky past of civilization, someone in India figured out how to refine sucrose crystals from sugarcane. This new product (and technology) gradually spread around the world, reaching Europe during the medieval period. Everyone, everywhere, liked sugar, just as we do now. So there was clearly a demand... In modern Western society, refined sugar is a ubiquitous ingredient. It is still derived from sugarcane, but also from beets and corn. It is no longer expensive, and it still tastes great. It is a prime ingredient in all manner of desserts, sauces, condiments, and, of course, sugary drinks. Sugars included in prepared food are called added sugar. We eat a lot of added sugar. Way, way too much.
