Our friends over at Sabah have been killing it since day one with their travel-ready, ultra comfortable slip-ons, and our first pairs are still wearing in and going strong. These always-stylish shoes made by master craftsmen in Gaziantep, Turkey are available in pretty much every shade you can think of, but our favorite is still (one of the originals) The Fort Worth Brown. Find your pair below.

Do you ever try to imagine where you would be without the fierce female friends in your life? Clearly, your best friend deserves a gift just for being so amazing. Something better than a card and way more personal than flowers, and Greetabl is the perfect solution! You customize everything with Greetabl, from the box design to the sweet personal note, and photos that your friend can tear out and keep forever! Then you choose an amazing gift or two to go inside- like a gold stacker ring or some champagne gummy bears. After you’ve designed it, your beautiful little package is assembled by hand and sent directly to your friend’s door. It's a wonderful surprise for any occasion, but it is the best gift for Galentine's Day, a day that’s sole purpose is celebrating friends.

I am periodically gripped by a desire to learn to cook something new. This is an admirable impulse, a virtuous impulse, a laudable impulse, especially at 40—if I were Victorian I’d be the matriarch of two generations; if I were a late-medieval I’d be in my funeral shroud. It is to my credit that I learn new tricks. That, anyway, is the speech I deliver in a loud stage whisper—hoping that my husband is eavesdropping from the living room—while standing on a wobbly bar stool trying to secure a very large, very pale (very dead) air-chilled duck to a bungee cord tied to the clamp of our toddler’s bouncy swing in the dining-room door frame.
