Some years back Kris Kim, New York designer, entrepreneur and owner of La Garçonne discovered the perfect khaki puffer jacket on a trip to Paris. But it was for men and wasn't made in her size. So, she went on a mission to connect with the man behind the brand behind the jacket – David Mullen of Save Khaki United (SKU) – and the result was a heavenly collaboration of between the brands giving life to the ultimate his for her collection. I'm absolutely indulging in Save Khaki's first introduction of womenswear; a collection that maintains the essential boy-fit details in classic tones and a touch of tea rose pink. Made in the USA, with an emphasis on quality and class, these pieces are dynamic wardrobe staples for the tomboy days.
